advanced manufacturing
The molten steel is adopted with EBT electric arc furnace and LF furnace duplex steelmaking, and is all processed by VD vacuum degassing, so that the molten steel can be in high quality and have less harmful elements such as sulfur and phosphorus; the forgings are forged by precision forging machine and high-speed forging press, with high mechanization and fast running speed, which can precisely control the size of reduction and is suitable for the mass production of long shaft type of forgings.

The project products, precision forged special pipe billets and core rods, are forged by precision forging machine and high-speed forging press, which can strongly eliminate the looseness and blowholes generated by casting. Accordingly, their internal organization is more dense and the product quality is higher. The ingots of core rods, rolls, modules and forging rounds are smelted by electroslag furnace, and their quality is higher than conventional steel ingots.
advanced environmental technology
The project adopts multiple sets of dust removal systems to collect the dust and smoke generated from the links of melting, charging and pouring, and then handle them in a unified manner, with the pollutant emission concentration ≤10mg/m³, which is lower than the national industrial air pollutant emission standard.
